• Open the PDF file which includes a link to the template set.

• Once the set is open in Canva, go to “File” in the upper left corner. Select “Make a copy”.

• Save a copy for yourself with a new title.

• Save this template for future use.

• Open the Canva document/template/post where you want to use one of these frames.

• Open your copy of this template in another tab.

• Click on the frame that you would like to use and copy it (Cmd+C on Mac, Ctrl+C on PC)  **Some frames may be grouped and require more than one image to populate the entire design**

• Go back to the design where you want to use the frame and paste it on the page (Cmd+V on Mac, Ctrl+V on PC)

• Drag your image or video into the frame.
